Kim Kardashian Sues Old Navy for Using Look-Alike

Yesterday, Wednesday, July 20, 2011, Kim Kardashian filed papers against Old Navy for using a look-alike in their newest denim ad campaign, according to Fashion Etc. The look-alike, Melissa Molinaro, strongly resembles Kardashian which provoked the celebrity to accuse Old Navy of “unauthorized use of Kardashian’s name, likeness, identity, and persona”.
The ad that recently erupted the complications — “Super C-U-T-E” — stars Kardashian’s culprit for action in an almost intentionally, resembling manner. In fact,Molinaro sports the accuser’s signature middle-parted, wavy locks.
While I’m not sure that Kim Kardashian will be compensated with her wanted $20 million and more, I am most certain that this feud will last in the media machine. Evidently, rumor has that Molinaro and ex-boyfriend to Kardashian, Reggie Bush, have been dating.

  1. Ok, I thought for a second that was Kim K. Then I saw her hip/rear area, and I knew it was not her. So that may be a weakness in her argument; yes, that her rear area is part of her identity. Because the girl in the add lacked that feature, most likely, fans knew it was not Kim.

  2. And on top of that the same girl is dating Regie Bush, now how od is that? LOL
